I find slave earings otherwise known as earcuff earings absoluty beautiful. You don't even need have a cartilage piercing to wear these earings. You can make some your self too. Here's the
tutorial. The tutorial is for the wire type but if you want the solid cuff you will need to purchase the cuff online or in a store. Personally I like the solid cuff much better than the wire cuff but the wire is just equally as nice. If you can't buy the solid cuffs or you can't find it you can use toe rings as an alternative. I haven't tried that myself so I am not sure how well it works.
